ReviewPilot

Terms of use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

By using ReviewPilot, you agree to these terms and our privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ReviewPilot helps you draft replies to customer reviews. You paste a review, we generate suggested drafts, and you copy and post the reply yourself. We do not connect to Google Business Profile and we never post reviews or replies on your behalf.

Eligibility

You may use ReviewPilot only for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts, free trial, and plans

You can try a limited number of free replies without an account. We track that trial with an essential cookie. Creating an account lets you save Shop Voice settings and reply history. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, renew until you cancel, and include the reply limits described on our pricing page. We may change pricing for future billing cycles; we will post updates on the site.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the reviews you paste and for every reply you publish. Generated drafts are suggestions only. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or the wrong tone. Review and edit before you post. You confirm you have the right to use the content you submit.

License to operate the service

You grant us a limited license to process the content you submit so we can generate drafts, enforce usage limits, and—if you are signed in—store Shop Voice settings and reply history for your account. That license ends when the data is deleted or your account is closed, except where we must keep records for billing, security, or law.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Abuse free trial limits or attempt to bypass paid plans
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Use ReviewPilot for spam, illegal content, fraud, or impersonation
  • Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that violates others' rights

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period unless we say otherwise. We do not guarantee refunds for partial months.

Disclaimers

ReviewPilot is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that drafts will be error-free. The service is not legal, public-relations, or professional advice. We are not responsible for outcomes of replies you choose to post, or for outages or actions of third parties such as Google, Stripe, or our AI provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to ReviewPilot is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim—or $0 if you only used the free trial. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Termination

You may stop using ReviewPilot at any time and cancel a paid plan as described above. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the United States will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
