Privacy

ReviewPilot helps you draft replies to customer reviews. You paste a review, we suggest drafts, and you choose what to post yourself. We never connect to Google Business Profile and we never post for you. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account. If you sign in, we store your email and authentication identifiers, plus subscription status and reply usage counts.
• Content you provide. Review text, star rating, tone, business type and name, and any Shop Voice settings you save (for example city, sign-off, or phrases to always or never use).
• Reply history. When you are signed in, we may store recent drafts so you can reuse them from your dashboard.
• Guest trial. If you try the product without an account, we set an essential cookie that counts how many free replies you have used.
• Browser preferences. We may store your business name and type in your browser's local storage so the form remembers them on this device.
• Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Generate reply drafts for the reviews you paste
• Enforce free and paid reply limits
• Show Shop Voice and reply history in your dashboard
• Process subscriptions and respond to support requests
• Keep the service reliable and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

When you generate a reply, we send the review text and related settings you provide (including Shop Voice, if set) to a third-party language model provider, Anthropic, so it can draft suggestions. Drafts can be imperfect. You decide what to edit and post.

Service providers

We use other companies to run ReviewPilot. Today that includes hosting and related infrastructure, authentication and database services (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI drafting (Anthropic). They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: session cookies for signed-in accounts, and a guest trial cookie that tracks free reply usage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

Account, Shop Voice, and reply history data are kept while your account is active, or until you ask us to remove them. The guest trial cookie may last up to about one year. Browser local storage stays on your device until you clear it.

Your choices

You can edit or clear Shop Voice in your dashboard, cancel a paid plan through Stripe's customer portal or billing flow, stop using the service at any time, and contact us to request account or data changes.

Children

ReviewPilot is built for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
