Food was great but service was slow

Alex M.

Your reply

Alex, thanks for the note — we're glad the food hit the mark, and sorry the wait let you down. We've tightened how we pace tables on busy nights. Hope you'll give us another shot soon.

About

I built ReviewPilot as an independent developer after watching local shop owners burn evenings rewriting the same kind of review reply. It’s a small drafting tool — paste what a customer wrote, get a few options that sound like your business, then you post them yourself. No agency markup, no “AI platform” you have to learn. Just less time staring at a blank box.

FAQ

Short answers. More detail is on Help.

Is my customer data safe?

We only use the text you paste to draft a reply. We don’t sell it, and we never connect to Google or post anything for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What happens to the reviews I paste in?

The review text is sent to generate drafts. If you’re signed in, you can keep recent drafts in reply history. Guest trials aren’t saved to an account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You keep access through the period you already paid for.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. Paste a review, pick a tone, copy a draft, and post it yourself. If you can reply on Google, you can use ReviewPilot.

What platforms does this work with?

Any place you can paste text — Google reviews, Yelp, Facebook, and customer emails. ReviewPilot doesn’t log into those sites.
