ReviewPilot

Help

Short answers to the questions shops ask most. ReviewPilot drafts replies — you still copy, edit, and post them yourself.

Getting started

What is ReviewPilot?

ReviewPilot drafts replies to customer reviews. You paste a review, pick a tone, and get a few reply options you can copy and post yourself. It is built for local businesses like restaurants, salons, and contractors.

Do you post replies on Google for me?

No. ReviewPilot never connects to Google Business Profile and never posts for you. You copy the draft and paste it into Google, Yelp, Facebook, or wherever the review lives.

Does this work with Google, Yelp, and Facebook?

Yes. You can paste a review from anywhere. ReviewPilot does not log into those sites — it only uses the text you paste.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. You can generate your first 3 replies on the home page with no sign-up and no credit card. Creating an account does not add more free replies — those 3 are the full free trial. Subscribe when you want more, plus Shop Voice history on a paid plan.

Do I need a Google login?

No. You can sign in with email and password. Google sign-in is optional if it is enabled on your account.

Drafting replies

How do I generate a reply?

On the home page, choose Review, Social comment, or Email. Paste the original text, pick a tone, add your business name, and tap Generate. You will get three drafts: Short, Warm, and Detailed. Copy the one you like, edit it if you want, then send or post it yourself.

Why do I get three reply options?

One length does not fit every review. Short is tight, Warm is the usual public reply, and Detailed gives you more room when the review needs extra care. Pick one, then edit before you post.

Can I edit the reply before posting?

Yes — you should. ReviewPilot is a first draft, not a finished post. Change names, facts, or tone so it matches what actually happened.

How do star rating and tone affect the reply?

Tone sets the voice: Friendly, Professional, or Apologetic. The star rating helps the draft match the review — a 5-star note should thank the guest, while a 1- or 2-star review should acknowledge the problem without sounding defensive.

Can I draft an email reply?

Yes. Choose Email on the home page, paste the original subject and body, and pick Professional, Friendly, Apologetic, or Firm. Drafts use a greeting, body, and sign-off. ReviewPilot does not connect to Gmail or Outlook — you copy the draft yourself.

Where do my past replies go?

If you are signed in, recent drafts are saved on your Dashboard so you can copy them again. Guest trials are not saved to an account.

Shop Voice

What is Shop Voice?

Shop Voice is a short profile of your business: name, type, city, phrases to always mention, phrases to never say, and a sign-off. New drafts use it so replies sound like your shop instead of generic AI.

How do I set up Shop Voice?

Sign in, open Dashboard, and fill in Shop Voice. Save it once. The next time you generate a reply while signed in, those settings are included in the draft.

Can I use Shop Voice on the free plan?

Yes. Create an account, save Shop Voice on your Dashboard, then generate while signed in. Paid plans are for shops that need more than the 3 free replies.

Plans and billing

How many free replies do I get?

You get 3 free replies total to try the product — shared between guest use and a free account. After that, generate is paused until you subscribe.

What is the difference between Pro, Business, and High volume?

Pro is $12/month with 150 replies and 1 seat — best for solo owners. High volume is $49/month with 1,000 replies and 1 seat for very busy locations. Business is $79/month with 400 shared replies and 5 team seats — best for shops with staff. Extra seats beyond what your plan includes are $8/month each. All plans can be canceled anytime.

When does my monthly limit reset?

Paid limits reset with your Stripe billing period. If you hit the cap, generation pauses until the next billing date. Your Dashboard shows how many replies you have left this month.

I paid, but Dashboard still says Free.

Stripe usually confirms within a few seconds. Refresh Dashboard. If it still says Free after a minute, wait a bit longer, then contact support with the email you used at checkout.

How do I cancel?

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew monthly until you cancel. Use the receipt or customer portal link Stripe emails you, or contact support@reviewpilot.site and we will help you cancel. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Can more than one person share a subscription?

Yes. Create a team from the Team page. The owner invites coworkers by email. Pro and High volume include 1 seat; Business includes 5 seats. Extra seats are $8/month each. Everyone on a subscribed team shares that plan’s monthly reply limit.

Account and privacy

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your email. If a reset email does not arrive, check spam, then contact support. Guest trials do not have a password.

What happens to the reviews I paste?

We send the review text and the settings you provide (including Shop Voice, if saved) to generate a draft. We do not sell your information. Details are on the Privacy page.

Who can use ReviewPilot?

Use it for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for checking each draft before you post it.

Still stuck?
